Tip # 10 : What Not to Drink

There are so many drinks other than water today. Are you used to a cup of steaming coffee first thing in the morning? Well, did you ever put thought to the simple fact that you are taking a high dose of caffeine + 2 tsp. of sugar first thing in the morning after sleeping? You’re body will happily absorb the sugar and since caffeine dehydrates the body, chances of you burning that amount of sugar is nearly null. Think about it!

The following are supposed to be restricted to help lose weight. They contain empty calories (with no nutrient value) and that hinder weight loss too!

1. Alcohol : dehydrates your body.

2. Coffee and Tea : Caffeine dehydrates.

3. Soda and Fizzy drinks : High Sugar content.

So here’s the conclusion, be careful what you drink. It might reverse your weight loss.
